The weekend stayed pretty calm for Rhinos rugby after the cancellations from the previous weekend. The thermals were required alright though to keep warm. Most of the groups were away with the Under 8's and 9's holding the fort in Rathcooney.

Here's the round up from the groups:

Girls Minis
The girls played in a blitz hosted by Clonakilty RFC on Sunday morning. There was a great turnout of players from the club and they played three matches.

Under 6's & 7's

U7s played away to Con today. We had 3 teams and everyone played 3 brilliant matches. Some great tries, tackling and teamwork. All the coaches are really proud of them. We'll done.

Under 9s

The U9’s hosted highfield this weekend in 4 highly entertaining games of rugby πŸ‰, we made great use of the larger pitch size with quick hands and great spacial awareness the team ran in a lot of try’s , whilst in defence they held there line and tackled strong and made quiet a few turn overs

Great work from the team again πŸ‘

Under 10's

The under 10's were away to Muskerry RFC in Ballyanly. The teams were well matched and newer players really stepped up to show some fine skills.

Under 11's

U11s at blitz in Bandon, with a visiting Mallow side also. The players had a great morning of rugby, enjoyed by all.

Under 12s

U12’s played three matches at Bandon today. Excellent teamwork and rugby skills on display today.
