Sad news reaching us this morning, of the passing of Pascal.


Hedderman (Ballincollig and formerly of St Luke’s Cork)
On May 26th 2025 suddenly at his home Paschal (Past President of the Irish Water Polo Association, Dolphin Swimming Club and life long member of Old Christians Rugby Club) beloved dad of Finbarr, Fiona and the late Colin and husband of Sheila (née Magee). Sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Romel, granddaughter Aretha, sister Imelda, brothers Michael, Liam, Niall and Vivian, brothers-in-law, sisters-in=law, nephews, nieces, aunt Mary, cousins, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Rest in peace.
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home Ballincollig Thursday (29th) from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. Requiem Mass at 11am Friday (30th) in the Church of St Mary and St John Ballincollig which can be viewed on link https://www.churchservices.tv/stmjballincollig Funeral afterwards to St John’s Cemetery Ovens.

He was a Dennehy Cup winning prop all the way back to '73/74 and he was also involved in swimming and water pole at the time.
He paved the way for a number of Heddermans  to tog out with Old Christians.
Any time you met Pascal, he always seemed to be laughing and smiling and his good humour was contagious among a cranky group like the rest of us.
We send our sympathies to Sheila and his extended family.
