WE note with sadness the passing of Patrick Cashman today. Maybe not a name known to many of the newer members, but Pa, (as he was usually called around the club), was one of the driving forces behind of Old Christians Rugby Club as it took it's first baby steps. He would have been the longest surviving member of the club.
The Club extends it's sympathies to Joan and all the Cashman family,
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
CASHMAN (Cloghroe, Cork): On May 12th, 2026, peacefully, at the Cork University Hospital, PATRICK (Pat), beloved husband of almost 60 years to Joan, adored dad of Margaret, Angela, Peter, Clare and Johnny, loving brother of Anne.
