We continued our cup competition today V Ballincollig.

But again we started 5 mins after the first whistle and tackled poorly at start again but once we woke up and  started tackling after their 2nd try, they never looked likely to win.  In general defence v good but must work harder at pillars.

Some brilliant attack with offloads and continuity outstanding.

  We are still not supporting ball carrier as well as we can and must win ruck first .. but really some fine phase play and deserved the rewards we got.

Brian had a great game ball in hand and had several steals.  Great tackling and work in rucks from Rhys , Paudy  and Aidan made big difference in keeping continuity.    We were too strong for them in pack which told in end.

Oisin and Liam outstanding in attack and defence.  Some good running from back 3 doing well to keep ball alive.  Insides controlled well.

Johnny excellent when introduced.

Both centres on the day brilliant, Rhys great game again,

but Brian made biggest difference on day

   The slow start will have to be eliminated in the semi but today its job done and well done to all now we wait for the match tomorrow to see who we have next
