Match report for the U18½'s semi final away to Corca Duibhine in the Munster Development Plate

We travelled to Dingle on Saturday to play the home side in the Development Plate Semi-Final.

As usual there the wind was blowing and we played against the strong wind in the first half.

With the advantage of the wind the home side put us under pressure and kept us well inside our own half for the first 15 mins but with out seriously troubling our line.

Once we got settled we worked ourselves up the pitch but repeated soft penalties given by the ref gave up the hard won ground.

But we stuck at it and when we got sharper at the breakdown we got inside their 22 and bade it count with a try in the corner from Sean D

Much of the same for the rest of the half with Mark touching down with Ben O C kicking over the extras

The only reply from them was a pen leaving the half time score 3-12 to us.

Second half with the wind we attacked from the start and but again the penalty count against us help them to keep us out

Their hard running tactics against us and the wind saw them more than hold their own and made good yards but there was always someone and some times 2 tackling gave them nothing easy

Some huge hits from Paudie,Craig,Josh and Brian rattled them and stopped them in their tracks and really was the winning of the game

Further trys from Josh, Brian, and Oisin along with 4 great conversions from Ben finished out the game 8-33
