We played our 3rd game in the Pan Munster Phase 1 v Mallow at home on Saturday last.

   Even though there was a big difference on the scoreboard at the end it was only in the final quarter the game we pulled away.

  After a even start we got moving giving them no chance to settle.A lineout maul, with the Mallow defence falling away,  Ciaran S opened the scoring.More pressure from us saw Rhys go over for another 5 12-0
  
We were well on top at this stage and and a great run in by Brian from just inside the 22 put us 17-0 up.
  
Then we relaxed and got sloppy we missed tackles in midfield that let them in for an easy 7.
That gave them confidence and put us under pressure but a great intercept try from Ben restored the gap 
    
But again slack play let them in again  to make the half time score 24-14.

   A reset at half time focused us again,
it was much like the 1st half we were well on top and the platform that the forwards gave us let the backline show their moves.

Some great plays paid off with Oisin going in for 2 then Evyn touching down in the corner followed by  Ciaran R going in for another after a great off load from Evyn.
 All round good display from all but we will have to improve for next match away to Highfield (Fri 25th ko @7.30)
 
We shipped a few  injuries /knocks today and speedy recovery to Liam K and Eoin with knocks and to Liam H and Alex with a bad shoulder and knee injuries
